A private school in Santa Monica is hiring an HR Generalist on a contract-to-hire basis. The HR Generalist is responsible for procedural processes in the HR department. This will include planning and developing training, onboarding and offboarding, employee orientation, benefits administration, annual benefits audit preparation, payroll assistance checking (not processing), department of justice clearances, and supporting employees with pay, benefits, policies and procedures.
Any experience working in education is a plus! This is a fully onsite role in Santa Monica. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8-4PM with some flexibility. Pay is up to $80k once full-time.
